With 30 years of experience, Rich is a Master Personal Trainer who specializes in building muscle, improving balance, developing core strength and the use of tools such as the TRX. He trains a wide array of clients of all ages and fitness levels, though he is exceptionally adept at working with the aging population.

Katie is a Master Personal Trainer with 30 years of experience. She is a certified Olympic Soccer Development coach and loves working with athletes. She also has a passion for making fitness fun. Her clients always leave with a smile and great workout. Katie is also an amazing Group Exercise instructor and leads many of our classes.
Justin is a Master Personal Trainer with 17 years of experience. He is a big teddy bear and always has a smile on his face. He loves working with clients of all types and is especially good at delivering challenging workouts to those who request them. Justin also teaches Bootcamp FIT classes.

Heather is a Master Personal Trainer with 10 years of experience. She is an amazing coach specializing in postural correction, fundamentals of strength, and general health and wellness concepts. She has a wide array of clients and is open to working with any age or fitness level.

Frank is a Master Personal Trainer with 30+ years of experience. He has worked in all facets of fitness, including owning his own studio. Frank loves working with the aging population as they focus on strength, balance, bone density, and mobility. He also offers online coaching.

Kristen is a Personal Trainer with 7 years of experience. She loves teaching men and women of all ages the fundamentals of exercise. If you need a gentle workout or a challenging workout, Kristen can create that for you. She also teaches some of our classes, including Bootcamp FIT.

Joel enjoys working with a wide range of fitness levels, and his clients are seeing incredible results. He is highly skilled at developing plans for adding lean muscle and shedding body fat.
Hilary is a Personal Trainer with 5 years of experience. She loves working with women who are focused on their health and wellness goals. Hilary is the happiest person you will meet! She teaches fitness classes and Mommy and Me bootcamps.
